PVC-Free Medical Tubing

Medical Tubing also extrudes PVC-free tubing.

At Medical Tubing, we offer the extrusion of PVC-free medical tubes, made from materials such as EVA, PE, PP, and many different TPEs like SEBS. These alternatives to PVC provide a wide range of technical possibilities, including various Shore hardness levels and surface finishes (transparency, flexibility, tactile feel, etc.).

   

Some of these materials also offer particularly interesting functional properties:

• For example, some TPEs can be chemically solvent-bonded, opening up new opportunities for assembly and medical device design.
• TPEs are also an excellent alternative to PVC or silicone, maintaining mechanical performance suited to many medical applications.

   

With our expertise in thermoplastic extrusion, we support our customers in selecting the most suitable materials to meet their technical, regulatory, and economic requirements.

   

In some cases, our PVC-free tubing can be used as a direct replacement for PVC tubing, while maintaining the same levels of performance and quality.
